Cookies Policy
Last updated 1 October 2026.
This policy explains how ConvoDock uses cookies and similar technologies on our website (convodock.app) and in the ConvoDock app (inbox.convodock.app).
Our website
The ConvoDock website does not set cookies and does not store anything on your device. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools, and our fonts and videos are served from our own servers, so no third party can set cookies through them.
People on our team who sign in to edit the website receive WordPress’s own sign-in cookies. These apply only to those editors, not to visitors.
The ConvoDock app
The app uses one cookie:
- dlw_session keeps you signed in and is strictly necessary for the app to work. It holds a random value that identifies your session, and our servers keep only a hashed copy of it. It is marked HttpOnly and Secure, uses SameSite=Lax, and expires after 30 days or when you sign out.
The app does not use any other cookies, local storage, analytics or advertising tools.
Consent
Because we only use a cookie that is strictly necessary to provide the service you ask for, we do not show a cookie banner. If we add cookies or similar technologies that are not strictly necessary, such as analytics, we will update this policy and ask for your consent first where the law requires it.
Managing cookies
You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. If you block the dlw_session cookie, you will not be able to sign in to the app.
