Features
Everything an agency needs to run client WhatsApp as a team.
And nothing built for blasting strangers. Every feature below is live in the product today.
The inbox
Multiple numbers, one workspace
Main, sales, per-client — every number your agency runs, side by side, each with its own access list.
Groups and 1:1
WhatsApp groups with clients work exactly as they do on the phone: members, mentions by name, replies, reactions.
Full history
Conversation history comes across when a number is linked. The team sees what was said before they joined.
Replies, edits, reactions, read ticks
Quote a message, fix a typo within WhatsApp’s 15-minute window, react, and see delivered and read state.
Scheduled messages
Write now, send at 10am Monday. Goes out through the same path as a live reply, with retries if the number is offline.
Files and folders
Attach files one at a time or send a whole folder as one archive, zipped in the browser.
Accountability
Waiting Board
Every client whose last message has no reply, timed in your business hours, owner beside it.
No reply needed
Stops the clock on a message that needs no answer. Comes back automatically when the client writes again.
Activity log
Who sent, edited, reacted, renamed, granted, mapped — with time and the previous value where it matters.
Ownership
Which agent has which client is visible on every chat and on the board, not buried in a settings page.
Team and access
Admin, sub-admin, agent
Sub-admins get exactly the permissions you tick. Agents see only the chats assigned to them.
Number-level scope
A sub-admin for the sales number cannot see the main number. Scope is a ceiling that caps every other grant.
Portal-only names
Rename a chat for your team without touching WhatsApp or the client.
Tags and triage
Client, lead, vendor, spam — filter the inbox and the board by what the chat actually is.
Slack
Channel mirroring
Map a client chat to a Slack channel. Inbound and outbound both show up, attributed.
Privacy rules
Keyword rules keep payment details and anything sensitive out of Slack, in both directions.
Per-message lock
One click keeps a specific reply between you and the client.
Responsible messaging
No broadcast tool
There is no bulk send, no CSV send, no message-all. The feature does not exist and will not.
Reply-first limits
A small daily cap on messages to people who have never written to you. Tenants can lower it, never raise it.
Pacing and warm-up
Human-paced sends, and a gentler limit for newly linked numbers in their first two weeks.
Health
If a number disconnects or is restricted, outbound pauses on its own and the number’s status changes on your Numbers page. A connection that stops reporting in is marked stale after about 90 seconds.
See it with your own numbers.
Link a number, invite one colleague, and check the Waiting Board tomorrow morning.
