WhatsApp’s side comes from its own pages, checked 13 October 2026: the multi-device announcement, Business app features, Meta Verified and the App Store listing. “Not listed by WhatsApp” means those pages don’t mention it. WhatsApp changes its features over time, so check the app for your account.

Do I have to stop using the WhatsApp Business app?
No. You connect the number you already use, nothing is ported and the number stays on your phone. Replies sent from the phone show up in ConvoDock and count as answered.
Do my existing chats come across?
Your existing chats appear as soon as a number is connected, and older messages load from the phone when someone asks for them. How far back depends on your plan.
Can ConvoDock send broadcasts or show a catalog?
No. ConvoDock is for answering clients as a team. It has no broadcasts, catalogs or chatbots, and its sending limits are the same on every plan.
